mind blast is a pvp spell (only effective on players) it does 0-36 dmg depending on the distance between your targets strength and intellect ex: a high str warrior with low int has low health and you throw mind blast on him, it does 36 dmg and he dies, ex .2 a hybrid with 60 int and 60 str has very very low health and you throw mind blast at him, it does 0 dmg and he gets healed by a mage suporting him and then he proceeds to kill you
